STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. create inline note OBSERVED RESULT timestamp shows 7:23 while system clock shows 8:23 EXPECTED RESULT timestamp matches actual time ADDITIONAL INFORMATION time change from CEST to CET just 2 days ago; using en_GB region format but de_AT time format I cannot reproduce this, but then...

that's two different time zones, so a bit of confusion here is not surprising. Are you saying that Okular minds the region format even though it shouldn't?

I suppose so, yes.
But I can't reproduce it anymore either, unfortunately, it seems to work now.

The bug reappeared, see the included screenshot. Also, I updated the version in the description as I have updated my system since initially reporting.
