SUMMARY

With kde 4 in kde menu editor in advanced tab we get the ability to check a property "minimize in systray".

With kde 5 we lost this feature. Please add again this feature.

FTR, it has been removed intentionally, see bug#349242 .

Ah, then it sounds like this isn't going to happen. sorry. :( You should ask the developer of the app to add this feature into the app itself.
