SUMMARY
I am having issues with window rules on plasma 5, specifycally forcing window titlebar scheme color at special preferences application.

With last update for plasma I can not force window title bar scheme anymore; the window that already have custom scheme remain the same but if I want set a new scheme on different app, force option will not work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right click on titlebar in any window app eg Kate
2. go to more actions menu
3. choose special preferences for application
4. go to apparence and corrections tab
5. pick 'color scheme for titlebar'
6. select dropdown to 'Force'
7. select dropdown 'any scheme you want'
8. pick 'Accept'

OBSERVED RESULT
new scheme for titlebar is not being applied, I try to repeat all the steps to see what is going on, but I see no changes on window rules 'special preferences for application', as if I had not taken any steps before.

Rules prior to version 5.14.2 are still applied to applications (no changes remain with custom schemes), but the new rules do not
