SUMMARY
Cannot select icon if I wild add new place in places section of save file kdialog from google chrome

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Google Chrome 70 and press Ctrl + S 
2. In places, right click, add entry
3. In add new place window, click on icon to select other
4. You cannot interact with select icon window (alt+tab cannot bypass the problem)

OBSERVED RESULT
You cannot select icon, write text in search field

EXPECTED RESULT
Can select icon, write text in search field
