Attachments: Wrong size in contextual menu.
This is a contextual menu in konsole which is perfectly sized.
This is another menu showing icons not properly size. This one is opened on the title bar.

Wrong size in contextual menu.

When scaling is applied on a high dpi screen, the contextual menu opened in some locations does not appear entirely scaled. In some other contexts it is drawn perfectly. I attach a few examples.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set scaling to 2 on a high dpi screen on X11.
2. Open the contextual menu on the systray.
3. Now try to open it in konsole, for instance.

OBSERVED RESULT
Icons in the menu seem to not be scaled. The font seems the be scaled properly instead.

EXPECTED RESULT
Icons should be scaled.

SOFTWARE VERSIONS
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.13.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.50.0
Qt Version: 5.11.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm assigning the bug to systray, but this also happens in other contexts. Please someone correct this value.
