I'm using plasma 5.14.1 with Qt 5.14 beta 2 on Arch Linux.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. try to open logout screen by pressing ctrl+alt+del 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
no logout screen, I only see a small grey/white gui element in the upper left corner of the screen. Logout occurs automatically after the countdown.

EXPECTED RESULT
logout screen shows up.

SOFTWARE VERSIONS
Operating System: Arch Linux

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
logout screen works as expected under X11.
