There's not really anything relevant to test, though. What would you test in the testing area? > What would you test in the testing area?
That the settings now set (but maybe not applied yet) correspond to my expectations. For example, that the right/left handed button order works as I expect, or that double click is fast enough.
Thanks, I suppose that makes sense. Just to clarify: I was very surprised that the testing area already present in Touchpad settings is not reused in Mouse settings, as pretty much all other DEs I've used before provide such a testing area for any pointer device settings menu (sometimes Mouse & Touchpad settings are closer together). |
