SUMMARY
bug occurs on both Arch Linux and neon dev unstable under Wayland.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Elisa on Wayland session
2. click hamburger menu aside the volume slider
3. open "Configure Elisa" or "Configure shortcuts"

OBSERVED RESULT
mouse clicks on any element below the title bar have no effect

EXPECTED RESULT
mouse clicks work.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I installed Elisa via flathub/flatpak.

I am testing with Plasma 5.14.5 and can replicate your bug.

cannot reproduce with elisa-git on Neon unstable edition.
