STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install some deb/rpm package
2. click "tasks" in the side bar while discover installs the package
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
discover shows "...Installing 0 B/s". See the screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
omit "Installing 0 B/s or replace it with "Installing x %"
