small section of my desktop icons showing link notations on my icons.

SUMMARY
im not exactly sure when this happened but i noticed it today after my kubuntu 18.10 got a bunch of updates and after a reboot. one of them to plasma 5.14.1.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use kubuntu 18.10 with backports: http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-ppa/backports/ubuntu/
2. have desktop links/icons
3. reboot

OBSERVED RESULT
icons with 2 links

EXPECTED RESULT
not really sure what to expect, though some icons have two links and some have 1 and some have none on the actual icon itself.

Kai, didn't you do some overlay icon work recently & can this be a regression from there?

Wow that's weird. Can you reproduce this on Plasma 5.17 or 5.18? I cannot.

hey nate! i cant. i also havent used desktop icons in a while.
