Sadly this is impossible. Websites aren't like apps that share a common toolkit for which you can implement a dark mode or a dark theme; every website has its own design, and that design cannot be programmatically tinkered with in a way that will produce the desired results. You couldn't even reliably approximate it by inverting the colors since then websites that are already dark would become light.
