SUMMARY
A webbrowser should only reload a webbage when requested to do so. Switching between tabs in falkon reloads the tab. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open several tabs
2. Wait a short while
3. Switch between tabs
4. Browser will reload the tab.

OBSERVED RESULT
Browser will reload the tab.

EXPECTED RESULT
Tab should stay exactly as it was.

It doesn't reload tab when switching to it, unless the site itself reloads when page visibility changes.
