SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open some apps (chrome, libreoffice)
2. Hover on chrome and then move mouse to next adjacent window
3. Whole graphics(including cursor) freezes for 1-2 seconds

If I switch effects engine from Opengl (2.0/3.1) to xrender - bug is not reproducible

upgrading to 396 driver didn't help

Noticed in cpu monitor that there is a 100 load when this freeze happens

The issue seems to be reproducible only when chrome is opened

Unrelated to Task Manager (and probably Plasma in general)
