SUMMARY
It's not possible to properly reorder folder list in Places panel. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Ordering folders in Places panel have random positions (see attachment)

EXPECTED RESULT
Folders are ordered as wanted.

reordering works if "Show all entries" is checked!
