kopete/libjingle needs to support building against libsrtp2

The old libsrtp has been deprecated for a long time

We have a patch for it at https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/tree/trunk/kopete-srtp2.patch?h=packages/kopete

That would require more work to make it work with both versions. Given upstreams unresponsiveness (I've had a one line patch waiting for review for months), I'm not sure I want to spend time on this. I'm happy for anybody to take it from here and make an upstreamable patch.

Dear user, unfortunately Kopete is no longer maintained.

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
