Touchscreen devices are becoming more popular and thus also the application possibilities.
For instance I need to set up a kiosk system only with number input.

It would be handy to have an on-screen keyboard that allows to change the layout easily.

Now that Fedora ships with https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-keyboard this rather old feature request is finally done I think. In case the reporter not agrees then please either create a new bugreport or reopen this one and add more concrete details what exactly is missing in plasma-keyboard. Lot of thanks!
