Could you make sure all your packages are up-to-date? Looks like you may have an issue with mixed versions of libraries.

Probably a partial update on debian repo, because at this moment, there are no further upgradable packages available.

According to bug 399631 comment #2 an update is available for KDEPIM in Debian testing. Could someone confirm those fixes the KDEPIM startup crashes?
