Active Window Control is a KDE project but currently there is no place for it on KDE Bug Tracker. Could you create one?

Another issue, the main dev has not been active for a long time, so you should assign the maintainer to somebody else, e.g. [Zren](https://phabricator.kde.org/p/Zren/)
