SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open app dashboard launcher
2. Select 'all apps' category

OBSERVED RESULT
It's empty.

EXPECTED RESULT
It's not empty, installed apps are listed.

SOFTWARE VERSIONS
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.13.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.50
Qt Version: 5.12-beta1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Apps are sorted to categories correctly only 'all apps' is empty.

This https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=399417 might be related/ caused by the same bug.

Same thing on my Arch running Qt 5.12 beta2.
