SUMMARY

When ever i do open dolphin file browser and the user home directory than it automatically do start playing a particular audio file , which is not there in my storage , the file is in my github repo and which is linked to one of my html code which is saved in my $HOME/nisankh/website/ folder 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open The dolphin file manager
2. Wait for few seconds
3. Audio starts playing

HTML thumbnailer was removed from kio-extras:

You can avoid this issue by disabling previews for HTML files with Configure Dolphin > General > Previews

I can but the thing is i have checked some more details , if you do comment the codes in my web page background music than dolphin never play the music file which is mentioned in html .. Screenshot https://ibb.co/co4ite

If i do remove the piece of code or comment the code line than that music file never played by dolphin 

but the file only played when i do open dolphin file browser and stay at path $HOME/nisankh 

but my source codes of that particular web page is at $HOME/nisankh/Websites/index.html
