SUMMARY
As with: 344304 (from 2015, therefore not marking as duplicate )

Every time I boot kde neon I have to manually go to systemsettings and turn on the bluetooth.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Reboot
2. Try to use bluetooth devices that has been connected to the computer

I have the exact opposite behaviour: Everytime I turn on the laptop, Bluetooth is enabled again, despite I turned it off before I shut down the device.

I think Plasma should remember the Bluetooth state when shutting down.
