It would be nice if Lokalize included some method to setup automatically the translation environment to start working on the translations as soon as possible. If you don't understand what I'm saying, here's the detailed explanation:

User starts Lokalize for the first time
Lokalize prompts to the user if he/she wants to setup a KDE-l10n project
User agrees and Lokalize starts asking some questions (locale that is going to be used, git or svn integration, id_rsa authentication key, rol of the translator, download glossary if locale has it... etc) to configure the translation environment
User has his/her locale ready to translate in a easy and quick way

Something like that

I'm not sure this is doable, different translation teams have different ways to work.

How about implementing several workflows and allowing the users to choose?
