Example of shadowed settings page

SUMMARY
With a screen with a small enough width, the switcher shadows the settings page. I have attached a sample screenshot of this occurring on my 1080x1920p monitor.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a screen with a small width, such as a rotated 16:9 monitor.
2. Open the Activity Switcher.
3. Open the Activity Settings page.

OBSERVED RESULT
The switcher covers the settings page.

EXPECTED RESULT
The switcher does not cover the settings page.

SOFTWARE VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 5.13.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.49.0
Qt Version: 5.11.1

This is fixed in Plasma 6.5, since opening the settings page should now also close that switcher sidebar.
