Klipper provides various actions to be performed on the clipboard content. It would be nice if KDE Connect provided some configuration for Klipper so that we can copy a link and share it via KDE Connect.

It is possible to configure Klipper to call `kdeconnect-handler "%s"` when klipboard contains something that looks like URL. It would be nice to have such a configuration out of the box.

Can this be done by installing a .desktop file somewhere? If actions are only stored in the user settings then this is much harder to do.

I really hope so, but I don't know where and quick look into Klipper's source code didn't show anything helpful. However, the menu is somehow populated with few additional entries than what I configured manually.
