There is not enough information here to triage your issue. Please read https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Bug_Reporting before filing more bugs. You email me and say it is not a bug, but the keyboard volume controls worked fine before the software update and then they didn't work any more. They don't work now. Microsoft would say that is not a bug but this isn't Microsoft. The update completed for 18.08, but it still says Neon 5 12.05 when it boots up, if that means anything . . . If there's an issue here, we surely want to fix it, but we can't do that without enough information. So please read https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Bug_Reporting. It will tell you everything you need in order to file an actionable bug so that we can fix it. |
