On neon dev unstable...

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open discover, click "Settings" in the side bar
2. check/uncheck repositories
3. restart discover and click "Settings" in the side bar again

OBSERVED RESULT
all changes done in the step 2 were lost

EXPECTED RESULT
changes in discover settings should be remembered
