Please attach the actual .kra file so we can see what's up with that, since just a video just doesn't provide enough information to be going on with.

There seems to be something odd going on when the shearing code is activated, perhaps because this object doesn't have much of a height outside of the stroke width.

Messing about, I also get a SAFE_ASSERT in kis_algebra_2d.cpp at ln 591.
