This may be a duplicate of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=368420 which was fixed in 5.2.2. Backtrace does look quite different though, so perhaps not, but I can't reproduce the problem with 5.3-git. Please try with a current version from https://www.kdevelop.org/download (or nag your distro to upgrade their package with recent bugfixes) and see whether that solves the problem.
