SUMMARY

diff content in panel is cut at the viewport border.. Scrolling to the right shows nothing until refreshed.

1. try to compare two files with enough columns to fill the viewport

Don't cut off text at view port boundary

The width of the scroll rect should always be the width of the widget that is being scrolled.
