SUMMARY
Reproducible on both Arch Linux (plasma 5.14 beta) and neon dev unstable.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. search for "screen locking" in the apps launcher and open it
2. try to remove the current keyboard shortcut by clicking the X button aside the shortcut and clicking "ok" button to confirm
3. 

EXPECTED RESULT
keyboard shortcut is removed correctly, without any error message.

ACTUAL RESULT
Error message "conflict with registered global shortcut..."
