SUMMARY
When selecting a custom icon for a folder or other document, the icons shown are pixelated on a HiDPI screen running 2x scaling.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click a folder, select properties
2. Click on the icon
3. View the icons in the preview area of the window

EXPECTED RESULT
Icons are crisp

ACTUAL RESULT
Icons are pixelated

SOFTWARE VERSIONS
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.13.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.50.0
Qt Version: 5.11.1


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Probably needs QGuiApplication::setAttribute(Qt::AA_UseHighDpiPixmaps);

That dialog is provided by KIconThemes, re-assigning.

Which application? As you stated, the QGuiApplication attribute needs to be set, but it is set by the application, not by the framework.
