SUMMARY: Change "Mouse Click Emulation" to "Tap to Click" or somthing similiar. I believe most people look for Tap to Click when looking to turn it off. Existing wording is confusing and makes it difficult for users to find.

I was really hoping this old interface would be phased out by now (see Bug 387153), but since that hasn't happened yet, I agree that changing the string here to a more user-friendly term makes sense. You wanna make the change, Scott?
