1) Most recent opened files does not work properly. The most recent file list is often missing the most recently opened files
2) Automatic saving of changes to the document. Long overdue feature! Does it not automatically save e.g. inserted bookmarks and renaming of bookmarks?
3) Reloads document on safe plus Review bar disappears
4) Option to embed Review bar in tool bar instead of anchoring it on center of right border of application
5) Selected permanent annotation tool frequently becomes disabled after some idleness or change of application. E.g. I frequently double click on highlighter tool so I can highlight repeatedly in same document, but when Okular is idle for some time or when I switch to another application and return to Okular, the highlighter tool is disabled and I have to unselect and double click again the highlighter tool.

Thanks for caring about Okular.  However, I will have to close this report, because reports that contain more than a single issue a very inconvenient to handle.  Please report each issue in a separate bug tracker entry instead.

Before you do that please have a look whether (some of) your problems are already known.  For example, I remember noticing 3) myself a while ago, and *I think* I opened an issue for it.
