settings in /etc/sysconfig/displaymanager

We use KDE sddm display manager with an Opensuse Leap 15.0 distribution. Our desktop session is Plasma.
When we set DISPLAYMANAGER_AD_INTEGRATION to "yes" in /etc/sysconfig/displaymanager, this has no effect even after relogin, no combobox is displayed for Active Directory domain in the login screen, we need to log in by typing DOMAIN\username

You can find the used settings in the attached file : /etc/sysconfig/displaymanager
Please let me know if you need further information or any other attached file.
Regards,
Leila Z.

I suspect this is a distro/opensuse specific issue.

That said, I'm not aware of any standardized use of DISPLAYMANAGER_AD_INTEGRATION nor if sddm even supports anything like that. (Feel free to re-open and clarify if you have evidence to the contrary)
