When changing the date to a picture and is set to a year that no other photo has, that year does not appear in the "Dates" panel on the right.

For instance: I have an old scanned picture. I set the date to 1925. No other pictures in my database was taken that year. Then I go to the "Dates" view, and the 1925 year is still not there. Digikam must be restarted in order for it to appear.

It's not a big deal, but I thought of reporting this behavior.

We have a timer that refreshes the dates panel after 30 seconds. The rebuilding of the dates album is very time consuming and therefore slowed down a lot. Originally, the timer was even up to 60 seconds, I already brought it down..Just wait a moment...
