Neon dev unstable...
Search for "icons" KCM in the apps launcher and open it.
Select another icon theme and close the window.
No prompt to save/discard the change appears.
Tested with several KCMs.

Bug persists.

Which KCMs exactly does this happen with?

I just tested almost all KCMs available on my system.
None of them shown the apply/discard prompt.
