Created attachment 115009 [details] demonstration Watch the screencast recorded on Arch Linux, plasma 5.14 beta. I clicked "Startup and shutdown" in the side bar, cursor got stuck and then the side bar started to scroll just with mouse movements. Unfortunately I don't know specific steps to reproduce the bug, but it occurs mainly after I select "Startup and shutdown" in the side bar.
