This is more like a little annoyance rather than a bug.

When using the Time Adjust tool within the Batch Queue Manager, and you type a custom date and time, when you're writing the time it jumps from the "hour" field to the "second" field, instead of jumping to the "minute" field. So you have to go back, select the "minute" and type it.
