Hello. 

I have problem with Gwenview. When I open file from URL, save menu is disabled in Gwenview, and I can't save as file in hdd. 

Workaround : Open Web browser from all URL instead. 

Gwenview Version : 18.11.70
KDE Frameworks 5.51.0
Qt 5.11.1 (build on 5.11.1)

NOTE : I use Neon bionic package, but bug encounter on xenial too.
