Full description here: If I launch a GTK-app (for example, gVim or GIMP) directly through menu or krunner, that's how tooltips look like: https://imgur.com/z1sHGs4 But if I open a file in this application (either by clicking file, or by "open file as"), here is how tooltips look like: https://imgur.com/a/TIGQbBD It seems like the wrong colorscheme is applied to the background, making the text unreadable.
