Cannot reproduce with Dolphin from 18.08.1 or git master. If you can reproduce the issue, please provide a backtrace of the crash. See https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Bug_Reporting#Crash_reports_must_include_backtraces

Can not reproduce since Tumbleweed 20180911 x86_64
