So either the neon provied i386 binaries and the inRelease file generation should be fixed or the install /etc/apt/sources.list.d/neon.list should be changed to

# cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/neon.list 
deb [arch=amd64] http://archive.neon.kde.org/user bionic main
deb-src [arch=amd64] http://archive.neon.kde.org/user bionic main

to prevent the anwarning.

I can confirm this error using apt update, after upgrading neon to bionic this week. I have seen some people saying wine is not able to be installed after upgrading could this be related (i386).
