I think this was working in Xenial, was broken in Artful, and is still broken in Bionic.

To reproduce the problem:
1. Bring up https://julialang.org/community/
2. Bring up the "Discourse forum" link in a new tab
3. In the Discourse forum, click on the GPU link.
The URL bar is now https://discourse.julialang.org/c/domain/gpu . The back button is gray; it should be blue, since I got there by clicking on a link in the same tab. The up arrow was gray to start with, but turned blue after I clicked on various tabs.

The same thing happens on YouTube. Bring up youtube.com and click on a video. You should be able to get back to youtube.com by hitting the back button. You can't. You have to click on the link in the upper left.

Couldn't reproduce this anymore with Konqueror 22.08.3, Frameworks 5.101.0 and Qt 5.15.7. Seems to be resolved.
