Implement a button or shortcut to step through video frames in the Preview window.
Something similar to the "s" command from ffplay.

Oh yeah that is what I also am looking for, seems since 5 years passed, it might got forgotten?

Note: this feature is currently only available when digiKam
uses Qt6.
