Created attachment 114798 [details] screengrab of window showing floating point availability for global setting Click on 'adjust all fonts', and you can adjust them all to a floating point value. Try to set font size on an individual entry, and you can only set it to integer values. For preference, I'd always like to be able to set fonts to fractional sizes, but in any case this should be consistent.
