3.press View Changes Online
4. in new tab press r.click and close this tab
ER: tab is closed
AR: crash a program and alert on next start. destroy all history

Andrew, for reports that are accidentally reported multiple times, maybe because the Submit button was clicked multiple times, we close with a reference to the remaining bug, but no back-reference to the invalid duplicates.

The rationale is that a developer investigating an issue shouldn't be bothered to visit the exact same bug when trying to collect more information from tickets marked as duplicates.

I just write "Already reported as bug 398283." and resolve as invalid.
