When you say, "fails to print first page", do you mean that it starts printing from the second page? Or that it never prints anything? Can you verify in the print options that you have it set up to print all pages? Can you attach a PDF that exhibits this problem? Investigating better I found that it was a problem related to the drivers preinstalled on KDE neon. By removing the drivers on KDE neon and installing those from the official Brother website the problem has been solved. I apologize for the opening of the bug. I close the bug. Not a problem! |
