hello,
I don't have access to the tool bar, when I switch from configuration to tool, anything happen

as you can see, I don't have tool, in fact I can't change the navigation browser into internet explorer

Please report this issue to the bug tracker of your distribution. If they ship KDE applications, they should also ship a Qt platform plugin to allow Qt/KDE applications to integrate into their desktop.

Using qt5ct could help.
