Isn't possible to resize (at least vertically) Configure window if this dialog is displayed on "big screen"?
For example "General Options" needs to be scrolled, whereas could be shown without scroll making easy for user to find all options.

This issue is still valid with okular 1.7.1 on Arch Linux.
