Similar to bug 357564

The panel widgets have frozen at random times, but is 100% reproducible by starting the game 0 A.D.

The panel widgets freeze, though if for instance you right click on the frozen digital clock, the context menu opens, and if you click on settings, the clock's dialog opens where it shows the correct time in the digital clock face. Unlike bug 357564, the widgets can still be removed from the panel.

Any program that has been shutdown still has it's icon in the task bar, though interacting with them now act on whatever program was next in the task list.

I can reactivate the panel widgets by switching to a cli terminal via <ctL><alt><f2> and back to kde via <ctl><alt><f1>

When I start the game 0 A.D that triggers the bug, a message saying the desktop session has been reset due to a change in graphics settings, which is when the panel widgets freeze.
